Big Brother's Home Health Care, LLC (BBHHC) was founded by Pou Ly (the current CEO) in March, 2003. Previous to BBHHC, Pou worked in the medical field. Pou has held many positions, giving him a wealth of experiences. Examples of such positions includes: Interpreter, Client Support Coordinator, and Clinc Director. His sister, Mai Ly, joined Big Brother's Home Health Care, LLC in 2003. Mai, as with many other small business managers, holds multiple positions within BBHHC, including: RN, H.R. Director, and Community Outreach Specialist.

Big Brother's Home Health Care, LLC is here to provide home-based support services to meet the demanding needs of developmentally delayed children, young adults, and the elderly.
We are able to accomplish this by building a close relationship with each of our patient, patient's family members, their insurance providers, and the state of Minnesota. Moreover, all staff members at BBHHC are required to complete hands-on training that are specific to the unique needs of each client. We also implement mandatory yearly training to keep all of our employees up to date with current standards, regulations, and laws regarding home care services.

BBHHC is contracted with the following insurance:
